Service

Munim provides business operations software for owner-led factories and small businesses. The product turns authorized WhatsApp updates and operator inputs into drafts, confirmations, ledgers, dashboards, and reports.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Munim, WhatsApp, and any exported business records complies with applicable laws, tax obligations, employment obligations, and Meta and WhatsApp policies.

AI and confirmations

Munim may use AI to extract and summarize information. AI output can be incorrect. Customers should review important drafts, confirmations, dues, reports, and exports before relying on them.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use Munim to send spam, unlawful content, deceptive messages, prohibited commerce, abusive content, or messages that violate WhatsApp Business policies.

WhatsApp compliance

Customers must use approved message templates where required, respect the WhatsApp 24-hour customer service window, maintain clear opt-in and opt-out records, and provide direct human support paths. Munim is not a marketplace, payments processor, lender, debt collection service, gambling service, medical service, dating service, or seller of regulated goods.

Availability

Munim is provided as an evolving software service. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.
