Munim helps businesses record operational updates, ledger entries, dues, stock, production, reminders, and reports. This policy explains the data we process when a business uses Munim.

Information we process

We may process business profile details, authorized WhatsApp messages, voice notes, images, extracted event drafts, confirmed ledger records, operator actions, support requests, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide the Munim product, create confirmation drafts, maintain business ledgers, generate reports, answer authorized business questions, prevent abuse, debug reliability issues, and comply with applicable legal or platform requirements.

WhatsApp messages

Munim processes WhatsApp messages only for the business account that has authorized the service. AI may propose drafts, but ledger writes require business approval or configured operator action.

Opt-in, opt-out, and support

Businesses using Munim are responsible for getting appropriate opt-in before initiating WhatsApp conversations. People can ask the business to stop messaging them, and businesses must honor opt-out requests. Munim provides support escalation through contact@neomunim.com and business operator workflows.

Sharing

We do not sell business ledger data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Munim, with authorized users of the business, when required by law, or when the business asks us to export or integrate its data.

Retention and deletion

Businesses can request export or deletion of their Munim workspace by contacting contact@neomunim.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, legal, tax, or dispute reasons.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of personal information or business workspace data, email contact@neomunim.com with the business name, WhatsApp number, and the scope of data to delete. We will verify authorization before deleting workspace data.
